What does the Brand Kit control?
The logo on the end card, the colours used for captions and backgrounds, and the standing instructions the agent follows. You can edit all of it at any time on the Brand page.
Will the ads say things my brand wouldn't?
The agent follows your standing instructions, and every ad is checked for absolute claims — such as "best" or "guaranteed" — that your own website doesn't make, so you can catch them before the ad goes out.
How much does an ad cost?
You see the exact price in credits before anything is generated, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Approving reserves that amount: failed steps aren't charged, and credits you don't use go back to your wallet. Credits come with a plan or a one-off credit pack; the pricing page lists both.
Which formats, lengths and languages are available?
Ads are made in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, from 15 sec to 3 min depending on your plan, in 30 ad languages. Captions use each language's own script, and right-to-left languages such as Arabic get right-to-left layouts.
Can I change the ad after it's made?
Yes, by chatting. Changes to captions, timing, pace or format re-render at no charge. Changes that need new media — a new voice, new AI scenes or another language — come back with their price for you to approve first.
