Compare the options
AI video ads, a freelancer or an agency: how the options compare
There are five common ways to get a video ad. Here's what each one uses as footage, who writes the script, when you know the price and what you need to provide, so you can pick the one that fits.
Ready brief
Make a 30-second video ad for my product that shows the real website, and tell me the exact price before you start. My website:
It opens in the composer. Add your link and send.

- 30 ad languages
- Exact price before you pay
The problem
Every way of getting an ad has a trade-off
Filming and editing yourself costs time. Template tools are quick but generic. A freelancer or an agency brings skill and judgement, along with a quote, a brief and a wait.
The right choice depends on what the ad needs to show, how soon you need it, and how sure you want to be of the price before work starts.

| Compared on | Editing it yourself | Template and stock-footage tools | A freelancer | An agency | Infera Ad Studio |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Footage in the ad | What you film or screen-record yourself | Stock clips and template scenes, plus anything you upload | What they film, animate or license, or what you send them | A shoot, animation or licensed footage, as the project plans | Your real website, recorded in a real browser, plus your photos and AI scenes where they help |

| Turnaround | However long filming and editing take you | As long as assembling and editing take you | Agreed for each order | Planned for each project | In our test runs: the storyboard in just over a minute, then about 2 to 6.5 minutes to produce a 15 to 30 second ad |

| Makes most sense when | You already have footage and enjoy editing | Quick, generic posts where showing your own product matters less | You want a distinctive hand-made style or animation | You need campaign strategy, a large shoot or media buying | Your product is on a website and you want ads that show it, priced before you pay |

Questions and answers
Is an AI video ad as good as one made by a freelancer or an agency?
It depends on the ad. For an ad that shows your product as it is on your website, priced before work starts and ready in many formats and languages, Infera Ad Studio does the job in minutes. For a hand-made style, a large shoot or campaign strategy, a freelancer or an agency brings skills an agent doesn't replace.
Can I use Infera Ad Studio and still work with a freelancer or an agency?
Yes. You can use the agent for product-led ads and new versions in other formats and languages, and keep working with people for concept work and shoots. The finished files are yours to download.
How is the price of an ad worked out?
Each scene is priced in credits from the work it needs, such as research and planning, voice, AI scenes and music, and the storyboard shows the total before you approve. Recording your site and rendering cost nothing.
What can't Infera Ad Studio do that a freelancer or an agency can?
It doesn't put people on camera, record screens behind a login, or plan and buy media. For those, upload your own footage, which is then used in the ad, or work with a person.
How much does an ad cost?
You see the exact price in credits before anything is generated, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Approving reserves that amount: failed steps aren't charged, and credits you don't use go back to your wallet. Credits come with a plan or a one-off credit pack; the pricing page lists both.
Which formats, lengths and languages are available?
Ads are made in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, from 15 sec to 3 min depending on your plan, in 30 ad languages. Captions use each language's own script, and right-to-left languages such as Arabic get right-to-left layouts.
Can I change the ad after it's made?
Yes, by chatting. Changes to captions, timing, pace or format re-render at no charge. Changes that need new media — a new voice, new AI scenes or another language — come back with their price for you to approve first.
