Questions and answers
Which catalogue formats can I import?
A CSV file (UTF-8, up to 2 MB, with a name or title column), a Shopify store's public product feed, or a WooCommerce shop's Store API, read from the store's address. Each import takes up to 200 products with up to 3 photos each.
How many products can one batch have?
Up to 50. Your plan's limit on new ads per day also applies, and batches are made in the background at a lower priority.
What happens if one product fails?
A product that can't be planned is listed with the reason and left out of the price. A product that fails during production is charged only for what it used, and the rest of its share comes back to your wallet.
Do I need a template first?
Yes: a batch follows a template saved from a finished ad. Make one ad you like from a product page or photos, save it as a template, then use it for the whole catalogue.
How much does an ad cost?
You see the exact price in credits before anything is generated, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Approving reserves that amount: failed steps aren't charged, and credits you don't use go back to your wallet. Credits come with a plan or a one-off credit pack; the pricing page lists both.
Which formats, lengths and languages are available?
Ads are made in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, from 15 sec to 3 min depending on your plan, in 30 ad languages. Captions use each language's own script, and right-to-left languages such as Arabic get right-to-left layouts.
Can I change the ad after it's made?
Yes, by chatting. Changes to captions, timing, pace or format re-render at no charge. Changes that need new media — a new voice, new AI scenes or another language — come back with their price for you to approve first.
